Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients:

2 slices food for life ezekiel 4-9 sesame sprouted bread
2 tablespoons black olive tapenade
1/2 cup canned alaskan salmon
1/2 fresh plum tomato, diced
2 large romaine lettuce leaves

Directions:

Toast bread if desired, then spread with black olive tapenade. Top with salmon, tomato and lettuce.
